Upon further review of the painting described in the previous ad, it appears to be a Fritz Wagner work on cardboard. It has four men around a table playing cards in a pub with "Heileman s Olde Style Lager" painted on the window. Still looking for a sale price if anyone is interested.

I have an oil painting with the Heileman Brewery name in the raised decorative wood frame. It was obtained by grandparents in 1937. It appears to be done by a Dutch artist, but can't be certain. The picture is of apparently English gentlemen playing cards in a pub. Anyone know where I could find a price for this piece?

Hi, I came across a six foot tall Rainier beer "Rainbeer" bottle used (so I was told) in some of the commercials from the 1970's in a field in a small town in Washington. The bottle has two panels that come off of it. One on the side and another on the bottom. It's not in the greatest condition. I'm wanting to learn two things. Where could I find someone to help refurbish the item (it's made of fiberglass) and what it may be worth? Any ideas anyone? Thanks.

I have a beer question, this weekend I found a crate of Meister Brau "The Beer" brewed in Chicago, Il. Peter Hand, in my basement crawl space. The house was built in the 20's - i assume its from that time period. a few of the bottles have the labels still on and there are one or 2 still sealed with no beer inside. The crate is pretty cool, not in the greatest shape, I wanted to try to clean it up and put it in my house. Is this worth anything? And where can I found out what year its from?

ANY BEER LIGHT PRICING ADVICE??? I have (what appears to be an antique) old Coors beer light and could use help with it's value for an interested buyer..... it is basically a lit up "picture of an outdoor-snow-covered babbling brook, in the woods/moutains" light up from behind from the light inside... there is a "moving stencil" in front of the light that turns to create the pheaux-movement-of-the-water... then a separate red plate on bottom with the "Coors" Logo (also saying "Americas Fine Light Beer").... I can't find anyting like it on Ebay... any experts? Would greatley appreciate... thank you in advance.

My parents have an old outdoor Patbst Blue Ribbon lighted sign from their closed bar in northern Wisconsin. They've had several inquiries in the past few months about people being interested in buying the sign. I have no idea of it's age, the bar has been around since the 30's and the sign appears to be really old, but in good shape. As long as anyone can remember, the sign was always there. It's rectangular, about 5 feet tall by 4 feet wide, still works, it's Pabst logo (seal) and name on a white background. Iknow that outdoor beer signs were outlawed in Wisconsin quite a while ago. Does anyone have any idea of it's value?

My name is Dawn and when I was 8 yrs.old I was playing in what we called the gravel pit, as we got further back into the wood's me and my sister stopped to rest. So being a tom boy I started digging in the dirt, I dug up a very tiny miniature beer stein, it's about an 1 1/2 tall it has a picture of an english gentlemen on it, and on the bottom it say's made in Japan. I gave this to my mom thinking as a child would that it was worth something. She kept it all these years..and finally gave it to me a few years ago. Mind you I am 40 now, so I do know this is very old. Heaven's I dug it up from the ground, and remmembering it had worked it's way to the top of the soil. If anyone might know anything about this peice of history, please contact me immediatley..I might be inclined to part with this item. The area it was found in was Taylor, Michigan. Thank you

Made my the Fable Toy Co. of Flushing, NY. It has been kept covered most of the time. The white on the Hamm's bear is starting to turn a little grey from age, but I would say it is in good condition. December 2004 marked the 30th anniversary of the production of Anchor Brewings Our Special Ale. I have been sampling this holiday brew since 1985 and have saved one bottle from each year since. Out of curiosity I went on e-bay looking to see if any of the 1975-1984 bottles were possibly available. There wasn’t one listing. I have contacted the brewery (including Fritz Maytag and Bob Brewer) and have been told that very little or nothing from those years is availble. Would anyone at this site have any idea how I might obtain a single bottle from any of the first 10 years of production? I’m sure this is a long shot but thought I would start by posting on a respected site with very connected sources!

I have aquired a collection of late 19th/early 20th century steins. One stein in particular has my curiosity....After spending hours with transparent paper, pencil, magnifying glass, etc, I have been able to determine the stein to be a Mettlach based on the mark, initials. Everything about the stein suggests it to be an authentic 19th. century Villroy and Bach Mettlach (seems on handle/bottom,quality of lid,Initials on bottom, etc.)HOWEVER...the "0.5L" is incised, and not painted. I recently read an article suggesting that fakes 'usually' have incised 0.5L marking. Is this true? Do ALL authentic Mettlach's have painted Liter markings? Thanks...Brian

For Sale on E-bay: I have William K. Coors's personal busisness card holder (made of brass with initials on front and full name engraved inside lid) with an Andrisen Morton Co. card inside, (Andrisen is a Denver, CO retailer of upscale mens clothing where Coors may have shopped). Coors is the brother of both Joseph Coors, Sr., and Adolph Coors III, and the son of Adolph Coors, Jr. Coors was a leader in the Coors Brewing Company from 1970-1993, so this little item picked up in a lower Denver yard sale may be the unique addition to your Coors collection that you've been looking for. The e-bay auction will close on the evening of June 5, so hurry to bid and don't miss this beautiful piece of beer history!

I have a 1930's era neon showcase sign that may have been used as an "APPEARING NIGHTLY" type of sign. I have not tried selling on ebay because I am unsure which category is best suited. This sign measures 17" x 22" It is a gold wood framed around red neon which borders two panes of glass with light behind them. A paper sign with wording of your choice is slipped between the glass panes and then illuminated. The name of your basement Bar would be one idea. Again, I'm unsure what to call this type of sign but the original condition is very good and operationally fine also. I can supply photos if interested. Price is $400.00 plus shipping or pickup is fine also. Location is Hamilton, Ohio Thanks

I went to a yard sale today and they had a Budweiser Advertisement print with cowboys set in a Arizona style background. It was an oil print they said. I have a copy of sheet music, I believe from the early 1900's that is written by Harry Von Tilzer. It is titled "Under the Anheuser Bush". It has a rather colorful cover, with a picture of someone by the name of Harry Thompson on it, and the colored graphics of a couple sitting at a table under a tree, hoisting their beer steins. The music is in fairly good condition, and would probably look good framed if someone is a big collector of Anheuser Bush memorabilia. Email me if you are interested, or can give me some idea of value.

Hello: I am a historian (and homebrewer) working on a book about beer drinking and politics in Central Europe in the 20th century. As part of my research, I am seeking images from Czech, Slovak or Austrian pubs, beerhalls, biergartens, etc., that depict either the location or people with their beer. If you have such an image you might be willing to share, or can point me to sources for such images, I'd be very grateful. All the best, Mills Kelly Department of History George Mason University

I have a "misprinted" 16 oz Budweiser can. The labeling is for "regular Bud", but the can is silver which is used for Bud Light. The code on the bottom of the can is: 1170n65 w82. I am wondering if this type of error is rare and if the can, which is full and unopened has any collectible value. I previously owned a liquor store and received the can in a shipment from the wholesale company.

1993 BUD LIGHT DETROIT TIGER STADIUM MIRROR! Actually there are two of the same. 1)This is the Bud Light panoramic view from inside Detroit Tiger Stadium ca.1991. The artist's view is that of a game as seen from a seat in the now retired Tiger Stadium. The "Samurai of Swat", "Big Daddy" Cecil Fielder is at bat and featured on the home scoreboard. This mirror is mint in every way. Still in it's original plastic bag, cardboard and has the corner pads still attached. A truly rare find. 2)The other is the identical mirror only used. This was taken from a bar to be replaced by the newer Budweiser version. Unfortunately it has a screw hole on top and bottom and a small nick out of the left corner of the top of the frame. The nick is a factory blemish and can be easily repaired. The prices are $400.00 and $250.00 respectively. Do not miss these rare finds. Please contact Duran at (517)622-0624. Item: The Moerlein-Gerst Brewing Co. (crock beer bottle). Pre Prohibition. My guess is that the bottle dates from 1890 to 1893. At least I read that Gerst bought out his partner Christian Moerlein in 1893. Of course he could have kept the Moerlein name for a while after assuming sole ownership. Someone told me that being a clay bottle, it would certainly date to before 1910. I'm not eager to sell it as it's been in our family for at least 3 generations however I'm not a collector either. Some sentiment is attached as my father gave it to me. Obviously I have mixed emotions about it but am curious as to it's worth.
