I have an old heavy stoneware Schlitz mug. It was mfg. by Thuemler MFG. Rocherster PA. It has a transfer of the schlitz girl topless on the schlitz globe with the words The Beer That Made Milwaukee Famous. Small transfers of Schlitz in schrolls along each side of the handle. Does anyone know how old it is?
I believe it is pretty old because of the weight and odd shape of the mug. Might want to sell it.

Readers: Advise collectors value on unopened stubby 1970's Carlsberg adn Budweiser beer bottles. Colour of bottle, dark brown.
The uniqueness of these bottles is the following:
The bottles are not the typical shaped bottles of that period, however they went through both corporations inspection standards
but were not true beer bottles. The gauge thickness of these bottles are approximately 50% of the usual stubby bottles of that era. These two bottles each have the following printing on them "no deposit no return". In my opinion the astonishing fact is that these bottles went through two independant corporations safeguard systems without detection.

I have a 1933 Blatz Old Heidelberg beer girl wall plaque measuring 22 by 36 inches. the girl stands in raised relief and the logo is in recessed relief. It seems to be cast in some type of lightweight plaster. The surface is crazed from age, but the colorful painting is original and quite well preserved. In my travels around the Midwest I've never seen anything like it, although I did see some related memorabilia in a bar in Calumet ,MI a few years ago. These were 15 inch tall figurines of the girl, and the man also had the same size lamps. Anybody have the estimted value of this item?

I am looking to buy a Killian's Irish Red mirror. It is rectangular in size and says something to the effect of "Let the roof on this pub never fall in, and may the good friends gathered underneath it never fall out" or something to that effect. I saw it in a bar and didn't think to ask where they got it until far to late. If anyone knows anything about this mirror let me know.

Recently found a round Hudepohl sign - looks like a big plate & is 21" in diameter - made of a plaster? type material. It has acorns & leaves around edge - has a man standing next to a table where others are seated w/ another table in the background. It says Hudepohl around the top and pure grain beer around the bottom inside from the acorns/leaves. Any idea if this has much value? Appreciate any help - may trade for Ft Wayne IN brewery items.

I have dozens of sealed, but empty beer cans. I obtained these from my father who just passed away. He used to work in canning and brewery in Detroit. Many of these cans are Falstaff Bi-centennial cans. Also I have a number of bank-top beer cans. Since these can are non-retail versions of the beer cans, do they have any more significance than regular off the shelf beer cans that are sealed or opened? Please email

There are 3 guys sitting at a table and 1 standing. They look to be Dutch. There is a ship on the back wall, stained glass window in background and can see a sign outside about Heileman's. Looking for information: I have a wooded type figural scotsman that appears to be a place to hide a liquer bottle. It is possibly wooden in the shape of a Scotsman blowing the bag pipes. Inside is a metal bracket that keeps the bottle from tipping. the figure is molded around this metal piece (It looks to be molded or fitted) and a label says Barionette Pat pend. made in the US. The top turns a quarter turn and lifts off. Top has a metal ring that clips into the bottom metal piece I described above. I was told these were made in the 20's and 30's to hide the liquer bottle in your house but I can't find any information on the net or elsewhere. Have you seen these before?

I have a large, heavy picture of a beer garden, probably in Germany that is made of chalk. It is believed to be an advertising picture for Blatz beer. I had it appraised and the appraiser said it was probably from the late 1890's to 1920's. My question is are there any other pictures out there and can someone tell me some history about this? The appraiser had never seen anything like this.

Hi! I have a Styrofoam Hamm's Beer Bear for sale (life size). He is 5 ft. tall and the base he stands on is 2 ft. wide. He has been knocked around quite a bit, but he still has all his parts and is in excellent shape for his age and of course, for being so rare! I have only seen one other bear like this. It was after I bought this one. He was at an antique store in Texas. Since that time I have been unable to find even a photo depicting this particular bear. I am sending this notice to a number of other sites and will sell this Hamm's Beer Bear to the hisghest bidder. I will take final bids until Saturday the 6th of September 2003 at 12 noon. *Please note: The buyer will pay for packing and shipping from a professional shipping company. This will ensure that we get the safest shipping possible. I will do some research and have a few possibilities to offer the winning bidder. Please e-mail me and I will send you pictures and if you choose to bid I ask that you bid through e-mail so I will have each bid in writing.
Note: I will not accept personal checks!!! You can Pay me through any on-line service, by money order, or finally, by cashier's check.
Thanks for your interest!

I am seeking information about a vintage Falstaff neon sign that is in perfect working condition. It came out of my husband's family store and is probably dated about the 1950's. We are unable to find a website that offers pictures or values so that we can determine if our son can take it to college or if it has a value that might deter us from allowing him to take it with him. Please provide any information or links that might help us. Thank-you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.

I just found in my basement a really intresting Ruppert Knickerbocker motion Beer sign.I've scoured eBay and the internet and can't find another! I'd like to sell it,but I thought I'd post here to see if someone could tell me more about it.Here's a decription.
It's blue and white plastic,it doesn't hang on a wall. It's more for a bartop or countertop. There are two "windows".When you turn it on,a blacklight lights up the base, shining on the "windows" which move from left to right, and back again--revealing a message each time they reach completely left, and completely right. One side becomes a Knickerbocker Beer logo, and the other side "Fresh Draft Beer" then when it switches the logo is on the other side and it says "Enjoy It Here".
To make it extra neat, the switching/motion insert is reversable! So there's a different logo and slogan on the other side! The "windows" are of course very receptive to the black light,it looks great.I'm guessing it's from the 60's,anyone else seen one?

A friend found an old hinged wooden beer crate. The date on it says 1917 Anheuser-Busch. It is made by the Columbia crate company St.Louis. It is 21 inches wide, 9 inches high and 14 inches deep. There is a picture of a man sitting on a stool holding a beer but you can't make out his face. There is a saying on it but you can't make it all out.
The man looks like he's dressed sitting in an english pub, sort of to me. any ideas where I can get more info on this?

NEED MONEY FAST! Will sell 23 year old cast iron set of 8 Budweiser Clydesdales with open beer wagon, complete with 50 wooden kegs of beer in the back, a Dalmation dog who sits in the front, there were two drivers, besides the one driver that's missing, the only other thing that's wrong with the set is the weld at the wagon wheel bracket popped loose. It's never been played with, or realy spent much time out of the box. Hello, I'm looking for a replacement plastic picture that goes in between the glass of a Hamms "Land of sky blue water sign" with the rotating ribbon behind the picture, made in 1956. The sign itself is in good shape and everything works. It was in a very warm garage in Arizona for many years and the picture is very distorted from the heat. The sign has been around for a long time and I'm trying to fix it. Do you have any ideas how to get a replacement picture? New or used. Thanks for your help. mp

I recently found several:
Trommers White Label beer brown bottles (12 oz.)(1950)
Rheingold Extra Dry Lager brown Beer bottles (12 oz.)
Trommers Beer Can (1947)gold/red
behind plaster walls during the remodeling my home. Anyone have any info on these bottles and cans? Do they have any value to a collector?
All are dirty but in very good condition. Can is rusty but readable with some plaster on the bottom.
Thanks for the help!
Look forward to hearing responses! Please e-mail me
